Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had dim lighting with low wattage bulbs and a quirky design featuring a large sliding frosted glass door for the bathroom, which I found nice. However, my room was on the smaller side, had wood floors, and was situated next to employee housing, although the personalized curtains added a nice touch.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Little Italy, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the soundproofing seemed questionable. The service was friendly overall, but there were some issues with communication and privacy. The dining options were decent, and the location was ideal for exploring Little Italy. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel had some drawbacks like stale-smelling rooms and slow elevators, and the parking fee was disappointing considering the room price, but the location and service made up for it with great proximity to attractions and friendly staff.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a block from the heart of Little Italy, offering great walking distance to various attractions. The rooms are a good size with views of San Diego Bay, although not as glamorous as in the pictures, and there's a surprising $25 additional charge for parking. The service was a bit inconsistent, with accommodating staff but also some unprofessional behavior. Overall, a convenient place with a few drawbacks worth noting.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the lack of proper lighting and workspace made it difficult to relax or get work done. The price I paid was high considering the limitations of the room and the overall value. On the positive side, the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet my needs.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were quite spacious, but they felt a bit dated and dark due to the window overlooking the walkway. Despite lacking storage space and a proper sink area in the bathroom, everything was clean and the beds were cozy. The service had its ups and downs, from an unexpected visit by the housekeeper to a satisfactory overall experience until check-out. The location was the highlight, right in the heart of Little Italy with easy access to various dining options and public transport. The dining experience had its hits and misses, with some dishes being enjoyable while others were disappointing. The facilities offered were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a fantastic location in Little Italy, offering a plethora of excellent dining options nearby. The rooms impress with their beautiful high vaulted ceilings, but it's a downside that my room didn't have a remote control for the TV. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a welcoming stay. The dining was a mix of delicious and disappointing meals, and the facilities were great overall with attention to comfort.
